Yes, for a short distance. The KUSTONE Passion P9 is a run-flat tyre, marked RunFlat with reinforced sidewalls that hold the car's weight even with no air in the tyre. After a puncture you can usually carry on for around 80 km at up to 80 km/h to reach a garage, instead of changing a wheel at the roadside. Run-flats should only go on a car designed for them, ideally one with a tyre-pressure monitoring system.
